Trucking Planner_Headquarters

  • Job Description
  • Ensure daily shipment planning done for all outbound distribution.
  • Manage and work with warehouse supervisor to monitor truck loading efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks for pick-up, estimating times of arrival and delivery and recovering loads when necessary.
  • Develop relationships with current and new vendor and continually negotiate competitive rates with them.
  • Manage, brief and train ground team to make sure operation execution follow SOP
  • Respond to customer needs by answering e-mails, phone calls, tracking shipments, and moving shipments.
  • Identify and select the best mode of transportation to reduce costs.

    Receptionist cum Admin Assistant_Headquarter

    • Job Description
    • Pro-active in greeting and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
    • Answering phone with well manner, screen and forward incoming phone calls to respective person.
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
    • Responsible for procurement and management of office supplies, asset management, office equipment maintenance.
    • Perform daily administrative duties such as making payment of utilities bill, liaise with the management office for any necessary repairs.

    Account Officer_Headquarter

    • Job Description
    • Create invoices on a day-to-day basis, including reviewing, classifying, calculating, posting, and entering invoices into the system.
    • Scanning of invoices into folders and filing of invoices
    • Mailing and emailing invoices to respective customers within the specified deadline
    • Recording and tracking of incoming payments
    • Reconciling accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.
    • Sending out monthly Debtors’ Statements and emailing to respective customers
    • Provide monthly Debtors’ Aging Reports to management
    • Resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts

    Warehouse Executive_Headquarter

    • Job Description
    • Perform the day-to-day operations of the warehouse department to ensure that customer’s orders are fulfilled.
    • Planning for inbound / outbound cargo in the warehouse to minimize cost and maximize daily output.
    • Identify and resolve issues causing delays in the warehouse activity planning.
    • Responsible for timely update of customer’s order and provide necessary update/reports.
    • To carry out stock counts on a monthly basis for all customer’s cargo
    • Ensure proper control of nonconforming products, and product complaints.
    • Carry out other assignment as instructed by Assistant Manager, Operations.
    • Prepare delivery documents, invoices.
    • Handle merchandising planning and monitoring.
    • Ensure merchandising reports submission to client is on-time.

    • Job Description
    • Responsible to support daily operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.
    • To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
    • To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
    • To ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control
    • To be able to plan & organise storage spac
    • To supervise a team of assistant supervisor and material handlers for stuffing and un-stuffing of containers for export and import shipments
    • To suggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure.

    • Job Description
    • Effectively schedule shipment bookings for all customer’s shipment request.
    • Perform the day-to-day operations of the export/import department to ensure that customer requirements are met
    • Communicate with customs, agents and overseas agents regarding shipment details and problem resolution.
    • Timely update on customer shipment tracking and provide necessary reports/ booking confirmation to customer
    • Ensure the complete and timely delivery of freight by attaining knowledge from clients in order to satisfy their needs
    • Identify and resolve issues causing delays in cargo movement.
    • Able to handle requisition and negotiation for freight quotations
    • Preparation of documentation for job file billing /closing and completing paperwork that meets stringent requirements
    • Controlling and monitoring POD returned from vendor/agents.
    • To prepare monthly warehouse report for supported key account.
