Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating warehouse performance to identify quality improvement opportunities.
  • Help execute corrective and preventive actions for any deviations from established quality standards under the guidance of the QARA Manager.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations, including safety laws.
  • Help prepare and manage regulatory documentation, including certifications, audit reports, and regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in preparing for and managing audits and inspections, ensuring corrective actions are completed as needed.
  • Assist in providing quality management and regulatory compliance training to warehouse and operations staff.

    Account Officer_Headquarter

    • Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Create invoices on a day-to-day basis, including reviewing, classifying, calculating, posting, and entering invoices into the system.
    • Scanning of invoices into folders and filing of invoices
    • Mailing and emailing invoices to respective customers within the specified deadline
    • Recording and tracking of incoming payments
    • Reconciling accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.
    • Sending out monthly Debtors’ Statements and emailing to respective customers
    • Provide monthly Debtors’ Aging Reports to management
    • Resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
    • Knowledge of accounts payable is an added advantage

    • Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure daily shipment planning done for all outbound distribution.
    • Manage and work with warehouse supervisor to monitor truck loading efficiency and compliance.
    • Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks for pick-up, estimating times of arrival and delivery and recovering loads when necessary.
    • Develop relationships with current and new vendor and continually negotiate competitive rates with them.
    • Manage, brief and train ground team to make sure operation execution follow SOP
    • Respond to customer needs by answering e-mails, phone calls, tracking shipments, and moving shipments.
    • Identify and select the best mode of transportation to reduce costs.
