        Job Description:<\/strong>
        \nResponsible for ensuring accurate stock control, system integrity, and compliance with client-specific requirements within a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse environment. The role supports daily warehouse operations by maintaining precise inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and achieving service level agreements (SLA) and KPI targets.<\/p>\n

        Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
        \n\u2022 Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems.
        \n\u2022 Ensure all inbound, outbound, and internal stock movements are properly recorded.
        \n\u2022 Perform daily cycle counts and periodic full stock takes.
        \n\u2022 Investigate, analyze, and resolve stock discrepancies within agreed timeline.
        \n\u2022 Maintain inventory accuracy target (e.g., 99% and above).
        \n\u2022 Prepare and submit inventory reports to clients (daily \/ weekly \/ monthly), if needed.
        \n\u2022 Act as key user for WMS system within warehouse operations.
        \n\u2022 Report system issues, bugs, or improvement ideas to IT support team.
        \n\u2022 Assist in testing system enhancements (UAT).
        \n\u2022 Ensure proper system usage according to SOP
        \n\u2022 Coordinate with IT on system upgrades, testing (UAT), and implementation.<\/p>\n

        Requirements:<\/strong>
        \n\u2022 Diploma\/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT-related, or relevant field.
        \n\u2022 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
        \n\u2022 Familiar with WMS systems.
        \n\u2022 Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
        \n\u2022 Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
        \n\u2022 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
