Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring accurate stock control, system integrity, and compliance with client-specific requirements within a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse environment. The role supports daily warehouse operations by maintaining precise inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and achieving service level agreements (SLA) and KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems.
• Ensure all inbound, outbound, and internal stock movements are properly recorded.
• Perform daily cycle counts and periodic full stock takes.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve stock discrepancies within agreed timeline.
• Maintain inventory accuracy target (e.g., 99% and above).
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to clients (daily / weekly / monthly), if needed.
• Act as key user for WMS system within warehouse operations.
• Report system issues, bugs, or improvement ideas to IT support team.
• Assist in testing system enhancements (UAT).
• Ensure proper system usage according to SOP
• Coordinate with IT on system upgrades, testing (UAT), and implementation.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT-related, or relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with WMS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
